Financial Matters
We ask that you take care of your first visit in our office and visits of $300 or less. You can pay by cash, check or use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. Convenient long-term payment plans are available through Care Credit, including a no-interest option.
Following examination and diagnostic workup, you will be presented with a written treatment plan that clearly discusses treatment options and their costs. Unless additional treatment or changes become necessary, the plan will be completed for the fee quoted, provided that treatment is started within 6 months.
Insurance
Your insurance can be a helpful supplement towards your dental investment, depending on your dental plan and options. Be assured that we will use all necessary resources to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit under your particular dental plan. We will give you the completed claim form for each dental visit and any necessary documentation, photographs and copies of x-rays. There is no fee for this service. The forms can then be mailed promptly to your insurance carrier for expedient processing.
Your insurance reimbursement will come directly to you from your insurance carrier usually within fourteen days. The exception would be for complex treatment that requires review by a dental consultant prior to standard processing. In return, we ask that you take care of your dental investments at the time your services are rendered. We have several payment options available. Please ask our business office staff.
Monthly Statement
For those patients who have an existing balance or credit balance, we send you a monthly statement to keep you updated on the status of your account. This also gives information on the status of any insurance processing.
